HEL Performance have an impressive in-house manufacturing process, machining their own brake line fittings from raw bar through to finished product. It’s a key part of their story, quality, and credibility. The challenge was that this wasn’t always being picked up by customers browsing online. The information existed, but buyers weren’t able to see it happening. They needed added clarity, delivered visually, so the process could be understood instantly, building greater confidence through transparency and real-world proof.
We scripted a company film that would take viewers inside the factory, mapping out the machining process step-by-step and spotlighting the process, people, and precision engineering behind every part. From planning the shot sequence, to bringing in a voice-over artist to guide the narrative, to editing the final piece, the goal was simple: show them the full process, so they can see for themselves.
The video now sits across HEL’s two main websites (moto + automotive), powering over 8,000 brake hose product listings, including international and dealer site variations. It consistently gains around 18 views a day from audiences across the world, helping educate customers, strengthen confidence, and turn product interest into purchases by showcasing the detail and care behind every part.
