Your Home Let: Helping Local Landlords Choose a Letting Agent With Confidence

Website video and photography designed to communicate trust, expertise and personality

A Website That Reflects the People Behind the Business

Your Home Let needed to show up online in a way that better reflected who they are, what they do, and why local landlords should trust them.

As a family-run letting agency based in Ivybridge, their strength lies in being friendly, knowledgeable and highly personal. They are not trying to be a faceless property company. They are “the talking agent”, a team that takes the time to understand people, match the right tenants to the right homes, and make property management feel less stressful for landlords.

The challenge was making sure that message came through clearly on their new website.

Working alongside R50 Marketing on the website rebuild, we created a set of brand photography and a dedicated video for the Landlords page, helping Your Home Let communicate their value with more clarity, warmth and confidence.

Building the Message

Before filming, we worked with the team to shape the narrative.

Using the information they gave us, along with questions we asked throughout the planning process, we developed a script that positioned Your Home Let as friendly, trustworthy and experienced letting specialists.

The video needed to explain the practical side of their service, including tenant selection, marketing, rent collection, compliance, maintenance and property management.

But it also needed to show the human side of the business.

Veronica and Rebecca both appeared in the film, speaking directly to local landlords and bouncing off each other in a natural way. We coached them through the teleprompter reads on the day, helping them feel more comfortable on camera and making sure the delivery still felt like them.

The result was a video that clearly explained their offer while capturing the warmth and personality of the people behind the business.

Bringing the Business to Life Visually

Alongside the spoken narrative, we created a full visual plan to support the points being made in the film.

This included shots of the team working in the office, interacting naturally, answering calls and showing the day-to-day environment behind the service. We also captured photography for the new website, giving R50 a stronger set of authentic images to use throughout the rebuild.

To help ground the video in the local area, we filmed drone shots around Ivybridge and South Devon, giving the piece a stronger sense of place.

We also captured footage during a property viewing, helping to visually demonstrate the work Your Home Let does for landlords beyond the office. These shots helped the video feel more complete, showing the team in action and giving the viewer a clearer sense of the full property management journey.

A Clearer First Impression for Landlords

The final video was created for the Landlords page of the new website.

Its job was to help potential landlords quickly understand what makes Your Home Let different. Their personal approach, their focus on the private rented sector, their Propertymark registration, their use of trusted systems like PayProp, their local trades network, their award recognition and their commitment to honest communication.

Rather than leaving landlords to piece everything together from written text alone, the video gave them a clear, friendly and confident introduction to the business.

It helped Your Home Let explain their service in their own words, while the visuals gave potential clients a real sense of who they would be working with.

The Outcome

The finished project gave Your Home Let a stronger and more authentic online presence.

The new photography helped make the website feel more personal, professional and true to the people behind the business. The video gave landlords a clear reason to trust them, showing both the practical benefits of their service and the personality of the team delivering it.

Your Home Let were thrilled with the result, sharing a brilliant video testimonial and leaving a fantastic Google review about the experience.

For them, the project was not just about creating a polished website video. It was about clarifying their message, building trust with landlords and helping their online presence finally feel like the business people experience in real life.
